Independent AI & gaming intelligence research

GambleLABS AI describes itself as “an analysis company for the gaming industry — machine perception and rigorous measurement, delivered as clear, auditable intelligence”, working from the premise that “systems that shape human behavior should not remain invisible”.

It states that it turns observable gaming signals into traceable evidence: how system design influences behaviour, time exposure, transaction pathways and human impact. What follows is the Network's summary of what that product publishes about itself — not an assessment of it — and every section is drawn from a page you can open.

Relationship to this platform

A separate product, described from its own record

GambleLABS Network publishes evidence about the gambling industry. GambleLABS AI is the analysis and measurement product that carries the same name. Nothing on this page has been through the Network's evidence process; it is a faithful summary of published material, dated below.

01Research programmes

Four programmes, as published

The product organises its work into four numbered programmes. The descriptions below follow its own wording.

01

Vision Systems

Machine perception that converts visual activity into structured observations — detecting interface regions, recognising states and tracking events over time.

02

Game Systems Research

Structured observations mapped into system states, timing, probability structures and recurring behaviour, as evidence that can be independently reviewed.

03

Behavioural Intelligence

Anonymised behavioural signals analysed to identify rising session risk and support timely player protection.

04

Research Infrastructure

The infrastructure behind reproducible observation, versioned datasets, auditable analysis and evidence-backed findings.

02Evidence stack

Sense, struct, reason, surface

Four layers, numbered downward by the product itself: an authorised observation enters at L4 and leaves as a sealed evidence record after human review at L1.

  1. L4→ L3

    Sense

    Capture and resolution

Authorised interface frames are captured and resolved into components.

  2. L3→ L2

    Struct

    Typed events and checkpoints

Observations become typed events with explicit state transitions.

  3. L2→ L1

    Reason

    Confidence and anomalies

Analysis and modelling attach uncertainty to what was observed.

  4. L1Sealed record

    Surface

    Review handoffs and records

A human reviewer receives the result, and the evidence record is sealed.

Stated limit

The product's technology page states that “no authorized production source is connected” and that the traces it demonstrates are reference material rather than live measurements. Its platform page adds that every capability it shows is labelled production, prototype or simulation, and that Observatory — the deployable platform — is in active development. A reader should hold the sections above against that.

03Product

Sentinel

What the site offers today: “real-time player risk intelligence — observable session signals, measured and explained. Never predictions, never wagers.”

Sentinel Table

Blackjack, roulette and baccarat sessions: session duration, stake escalation and loss-chasing.

Sentinel Spin

Slot sessions: spin frequency, autoplay exposure and stake changes.

Sentinel Sports

Sports betting: live-betting frequency, accumulator complexity and odds pressure.

Sentinel Virtual

Virtual betting: rapid cycles, stake escalation and session intensity.

Signals it says it reads
  • Time exposure
  • Stake escalation
  • Loss-chasing patterns
  • Decision frequency and fatigue
  • Transaction-path risk

Below its confidence threshold the product states that it reports “Insufficient Evidence” rather than an estimate — the same refusal this platform applies to a record it cannot source.

Sentinel Core

USD 49 / month

All four analysis engines, live session-risk indicators, 30-day history, one device.

Sentinel Insight

USD 99 / month

Adds advanced behaviour-pattern analysis and cross-session comparisons; 90-day history.

Sentinel Guardian

USD 149 / month

Adds cross-category behavioural intelligence, configurable thresholds and escalating warnings.

Sentinel Professional

USD 199 / month

Adds an evidence workspace, a verifiable event timeline and CSV/JSON export.

Plans and prices as listed on the product's pricing page on 27 July 2026. The product states that jurisdiction and minimum-age requirements differ by country, and that it is not a casino, betting operator, gaming platform, gambling affiliate, payment processor or prediction and winning-signal service. GambleLABS Network takes no commission on these plans and does not sell them.

04Engineering guarantees

What it promises about its own output

Six properties the product states its results must have. They are quoted rather than paraphrased where the wording carries the commitment.

Reproducibility
“Any result can be regenerated from versioned data and versioned code.”
Uncertainty quantification
“Confidence intervals, error rates and model limits travel with every result.”
Non-intrusive observation
Authorised, observable interfaces only, without breaching protected systems.
Minimal collection
“Collect only what the analysis requires.”
Human-legible output
“Every output must be understandable and traceable by a human reviewer.”
Conservative infrastructure
Reliability, versioning and auditability are preferred to novelty.

05Responsibility

Its stated commitments, and what it refuses

A product that measures gambling behaviour is judged on what it will not do with what it learns. These are its own published commitments.

Research, never wagering
“GambleLABS does not operate, facilitate, or profit from betting or wagering activity.”
Evidence before claims
Demonstrations use labelled data; prototypes and aspirational capabilities are marked as such.
Protection over engagement
“Our behavioral research exists to identify and reduce harm,” not to extend play.
Privacy by minimisation
Research runs on aggregate data, with collection limited to what is necessary.
Independence by construction
“Because no revenue depends on wagering outcomes or player losses, our findings have no incentive to flatter them.”
Legibility of machine judgment
Inspectable models are preferred, and uncertainty is surfaced rather than hidden.
Work it declines
  • Betting recommendations or prediction systems for wagering advantage
  • Engagement maximisation aimed at extending play or spending
  • Profiling or re-engagement of at-risk players for profit
  • Circumventing responsible-gaming controls
  • Dark-pattern interface design

“GambleLABS is a research and technology company. We do not offer betting, wagering, or prediction services.”
