Warning lists and the domain record

A domain is shown here as unauthorised only because a named authority has published it on an official unauthorised-operator list. That is the only mechanism — GambleLABS makes no such determination of its own, and reads no inference into a domain simply being unfamiliar.

This route holds two things, and currently holds neither. A domain record is what can be observed and sourced about a hostname: the registrar where a registry publishes it, whether the host responds, and which entity it belongs to where that has been documented. A warning-list entry is narrower — a domain a named authority has published on its own list of operators it considers unauthorised in its jurisdiction. GambleLABS compiles no such list of its own, adds no domain because it looks suspicious, and never infers authorisation from technical data.
