What you have

Every field is checked on the server. Nothing is published from this form.

What you are sending

Be specific about what you saw, when, and how you know it. A reviewer has to be able to check this against a source.

Documents

PDF, PNG, JPEG, WebP, plain text or CSV. Up to 8 MB each and 24 MB in total. Every file is checked by its actual contents, not its name. Nothing you attach is ever served from a public address.

How you want to be identified

Anonymous means anonymous: no account link and no address hash is stored, even if you are signed in. The consequence is that we cannot notify you — the reference below will be your only way to check what happened.

Encrypted at rest. A reviewer sees only a masked hint unless they hold clearance and you have given permission below — and opening it is itself recorded.

Sending this does not publish anything. Submissions are raw material: they are triaged, checked against primary sources, and — if they stand up — used to inform a record that carries its own citations. Nothing you write here is published verbatim, and nothing here is searchable.
